Our team continues to see intermittent cases of this issue. We have identified that this issue affects eBay listings using Shipping Profiles with both shipping and pickup options. In these cases, newly created listings may publish on eBay with an unintended fulfillment option (e.g., "Pickup only" instead of including shipping options).

- In eBay, affected listings can be narrowed down by reviewing Business Policies (https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage) and clicking a policy that includes both shipping and pickup options, which shows how many listings are associated with each.

- In Lister, these listings can be isolated based on the Listing Strategies associated with those shipping profiles.

This issue has been escalated to eBay and is currently marked as high priority by our development team.

We continue to observe an intermittent issue affecting newly created eBay listings. In some cases, listings may publish with an unintended fulfillment option, appearing as Shipping only when Pickup was selected, or switching to Pickup only unexpectedly.

The issue has been formally reported to eBay, and we are currently awaiting their guidance on next steps. There are no new updates to share at this time.

We’re seeing an intermittent issue where newly created eBay listings may be published with an incorrect fulfillment option. This can result in listings showing Shipping only when Pickup was intended, or unexpectedly becoming Pickup only.

We have submitted incident details to eBay and are awaiting guidance on next actions.
